Ok why is it i cannot change my avatar to sad happy etc. what program is my cpu missin.?

There are two ways to change your emotion: right-click on your avatar, or use the F1-F4 keys. Both are part of Full Tilt's software, you don't use any other program. If neither of these are working, I would e-mail FT support.
