Your mistake could of been from pre flop by calling to wide to start with which then amplified on each street and costing you more. I'd recommend you use your time after you feel you have made a mistake because if you can identify them which it seems you can, you should be able to learn from them. I personally find reviewing hands more fun than playing sometimes, especially if you're learning from your mistakes.
