I found an open table(as I like to play by myself,can't trust if other people know how to play) and I played for about 10 minutes and then a guys comes by asks if he can play, says he will only be playing one spot so, I say yes the shoe was ok but not great and by asking if he could and letting me know how many hands he intended to play told me he knows what he's doing. Ok so last swing before I had to get back to poker. He's playing is one spot at $20 and I'm playing 2 spot at $100 I get an 10 and a 15, he has 12 and the dealer has a 4. So now I have a double on a 20 and stand on 15 obviously. Now he hits 12 to 14 then stands on 14 ok so way hit 12 if your going to hit when you get 14. Anyway dealer pulls a 4 card 13, then pulls an 8 and says too many and reaches for chips to pay out and this guys says wait you have 21. Really the casino made a mistake in our favor and you correct them. Not to mention if he had stood which is what I would have done in his spot with a player with a $300 swing and I'm playing $20, we both would have won or if he hit 14 once we both win but no. So he gave the casino his $20 hand and crushed my $300 in hands. Like WTF with that. So I go back to poker with $150 profit when it could have been $750. Played blackjack by myself on the second break told people that came by to wait for the shoe to end and won $500. Also if your wondering I finished 2nd in the tournament for $535, $40 turbo freezeout, 110 players. So all in all a good night but still another $600 would have and should have by all counts been better. [/QUOTE]
