When they make a mistake it's not up to me or any other player to correct it. It's on the casino, dealer or pit boss to not make mistakes or to catch them. If the casino is going to put dealers on the floor to deal blackjack(one of the easiest games to deal) then it is their responsibility to make sure the dealers are properly trained and double check before they pay out. At this casino they don't train dealers properly, they start them on learning 3 different games at a time and that can include poker and craps which is insane.
