Is this your first deposit? They may just want to verify your identity. I don't see how it could hurt calling the number they gave you. Did they say to call? You kinda left that part out of your post if they did.

Yeah it's my first deposit and they did ask to call.. Was just wondering if it's something most websites ask you to do first.

Update.. Called in twice now, same lady has answered the phone. I tell her my problem and SHE ****ING HANGS UP ON ME.... what kind of operation is this place running?

I've deposited with Cc at UB. Yes, you must call. Not sure why. Just a formality, I guess. It worked fine for me. The last time I did, I got some hot sounding chick with an Irish accent. Good luck there.

On a firsy deposit, sometimes they will ask you to provide a # where they can call you , I guess to verify that you're you(?) Often this will take the form of giving you a verification code or humber which you then go enter into their cashier somewhere.

BTW, since the Ultimatebet/Absolute merger, their CS has gone down a notch or two, IMO.
