I put hours into understanding the way the games played, the probability, and statistics, and the various ways to build your hands, and the cards play out. There's no formula to guarantee success. I've seen pocket aces loose to 3-5 offsuit. I once had pocket tens that flopped Quads, and watched everyone try and bluff me off the pot drawing dead. I've chased gutshot draws which I sometimes hit, and sometimes I missed. Just take it as it is. You win some, you loose some, but always remember to try and have fun. Don't rush, play within your means, and with time you'll surprise yourself. All the best!
