so now that credit cards have been shut off for online gambling how can you deposit money into your online account

Some sites will allow you to deposit by mail, most still take western union ,tho its a tad pricey. Epassporte is another decent option, and some sites will still take debit.

What sites and how much (approx)?

PokerStars and FullTilt (and probably others as well, but I don't know which for sure) accept the http://www.allaccessgift.com prepaid card. If your deposit is between $25-$250 (the limits for each prepaid card), then this is your best option. Moneygram is a better alternative to Wester Union though, it's cheaper and is most economical if your deposits will be $500.01 or larger in one shot.

the all access visa works

The all access visa card we just purchased yesterday (9/8/07) worked for us on fulltilt.

To order or to find a location close to you that has these available, you can go to netspend.com. We got ours from a local cas advance place. Slight warning though, this place charged us $10 so we spent $80 but actually only got $70. Also, if you call the number on the back to see how much you have left in your account, they charge you 50 cents for each call. You can check for free online, but we didnt know that and called 4 times!!!!! Lastly, you get charged $1 for every transaction.

So, it is a minor rip off, but it works that day. Other FTP people have told me that US people can use epassporte. The fee is $1 for every $10 deposited or something like that. BUT, IT CAN TAKE UP TO 2 WEEKS TO BE AVAILABLE!. A link to their website is available on the deposit link in the cashier section.

Gl everyone getting money in. This new gambling law really, really sucks.

If you want to do it quick get epassport and use your visa card to load it.

Not sure if it's the best way to go but I can with draw my money back in to it.

I really really miss neteller really do that was the best.

Surely the actual poker playing side of things is still illegal even if you find ingenious ways making deposits. Doesn't anyone worry about that in your country?

Where to find an all access visa

If you google all acces visa it takes you to the website. There, you type in your zip code and it tells you the closest locations where you can buy one. For me, it was the local cash advance places.

No one worries about it, 'cayse that isn't the case. The playing of online poker is NOT against any US federal law, only the use of credit cards and bank accounts is reswricted, and it's actually the financial institutions that are at risk That's why US players use "creative" methods to deposit money on sites. Once your money is there, you're doing nothing illegal. Even Shirley knows this.

Poker is not breaking the law.
Right now epassporte.com is the best way to go. Be sure to get the debit card, then you can win on stars and spend the money seconds after you hit cash out button.

My wife still uses the prepaid Icecard and has no problems with it anywhere, it's never been refused. She got here icecard from the local currency exchange, once funded you can check your balance online but the website is only if you've already got the card as you use your number to login.

And what's this vanilla card?? whatever next chocolate visa? strawberry mastercard? LOL

Well try another poker room...

Well in my opinion it would be so much easier to use a poker room like Bodog.
Bodog accepts all Credit Cards, Check/Debit Cards and Gift Cards branded with the Visa or MasterCard logo. These transactions are all treated as Credit Card purchases.
To me it was a lot easier to go from pokerstars to Bodog than to spend outrageous amounts of money on fees and trying to figure out a better way.

Thats just my answer to things. Although I know a lot of ppl have there own reasons for staying where they are. Who knows maybe ill see some of you at the tables.

So far the only thing I found to work every time was a money order sent to the site. It takes a bit or you can use priority mail if you're in that much of a hurry. No fees other than what the bank charges for the money order of around $4.

Is this recent, because I just used my debit visa to deposit on full tilt and have used it to deposit on sportsbook and echeck works on pokerstars, all this has been within the last couple of months and full tilts was this past week.
