Poker is definitely not a get rich quick scheme. You must spend the hours, days, weeks, months, years or sometimes even decades to get the results you want. Poker favours those who put in the time and the work.
Wanted to share this quote I found somewhere on internet.
Keep hustling, Cardschat!

I absolutely agree with you. It takes years of hard, hard daily work to get the desired result. But of course, members of our community have a significant advantage and all the necessary opportunities for development and growth.

There is a quote I like, but I can't remember who said it: "the harder you work, the luckier you get".

Keep putting in the hours and the wins will come.

Poker is just like any sport, you have to train a lot. With poker their are many ways to learn, books, videos etc. but my favorite way to learn is by playing, it's more fun to :)

Yes! But sometimes, on a good day, even a weak player can win a major tournament and realize his dreams. The main thing is to participate in these tournaments otherwise it is impossible to win them.

You have to have a good self-control and be pragmatic, I think there are 2 important things for a good poker player, from here on I think there should be the risk of playing for a lot of money to win something serious, I don't think you have to be a certain age for that or a lot of years of playing.

I am new and am not at the same time. I have played for many years as a donkey but started learning only since last year.
Cardschat is useful, I agree.

Poker, like any other type of activity, does not bring instant profit every second, everything in life takes time.

It would be nice to always have favorable results but I don't think that will happen.
I'm just starting out there sometimes I win several boxes and sometimes I lose some so I think the important thing is to be positive and increase the bankroll

Poker is a game of life, you keep playing it year after year to keep track of how you change as a person.

Yes I agree. Poker is a lot of hard work. No matter what the stakes. So much of it is mental.

Hi Friend.

I'm not going to leave this game, maybe I'll take a break for personal reasons, but I already found a place where I feel comfortable playing and if I don't make progress, I can stay there as Recreational.

I don't have big intentions with poker, I once thought about becoming a professional, but I gave up on the idea, because I would have to invest more time playing and studying, apart from the initial investment in money, so I decided to keep playing as a hobby.:)

Good luck to everyone at the tables.

I think the main thing is that you like being there. Like the environment. Whether live or online.
If you have it, you have already taken the first step towards success. Now it's time to play always looking to analyze the game with what you study of Poker.

Yes, poker is quite a difficult activity.
If you do not take the game seriously, there will be no good result.

Any of our activities requires our time, attention, patience and concentration. And poker is no exception. To become a successful player requires years of experience, years of daily hard work. And this is a regularity.
