Personally I was a persistent winner at 400NL and 600NL at Pokerstars from 2008 - 2010 but now I can barely beat 25NL. The game has gotten much tougher and I was left behind because I do not adapt well enough. I'm also 29 right now, I still like playing Poker sometimes, still see opportunities in the game but also see a lot of drawbacks of the game that can affect my life and my character. So I decide to let Poker be a hobby, rather than a daily grinding. There's a life outside poker buddy. Control poker, do not let it control you.
