But recently, there has been a similar retrial kinda thingy over the situation on whether poker is a game of chance or a game of skill. As the entire jury were non poker players, they came to the decision that poker was a game of chance. Therefore, us british folk still don't have to pay taxes on poker winnings or something along those lines.  Basically it means its a +Ev situation for us, yay
