I've had some excellent service from Fulltilt support.
Once (a short while after getting started playing online poker) my local cable internet provider decided to do some work in my area w/o prior warning. I looked out my window after my internet went down and saw a cable co. van parked down the road and guy hiked up the telephone pole. I walked down the street and asked him how long it'd be out for. His response, "Could be an hour... could be more."
I had registered for 3 tournaments, two of which had been running for around a half hour.
On a whim the following day I contacted Fulltilt Support and told them my 'badbeat' story, expecting nothing and saying so. They actually refunded me my buyin for all 3 tourneys. I thought that was pretty cool.

Way cooler story re: Fulltilt support. My partner wrote in to support one night with a request to play one of the Fulltilt Poker Pros in a headsup match at a cheap buyin on Fulltilt. She heard back a few days ago, with an invite to play a Live HeadsUp match with Gavin Smith... for $500 (freeroll). They also passed her email address on to Gavin and he was writing to her the following day and then later on the telephone that night. He said he'd meet her at a casino where he'd be playing a large Tournament, thinking we lived somewhere nearby, but when he heard we're a 7hr. drive from there he threw in airline tickets and 3days in the penthouse suite at the RiverRockCasino.
It got better... my partner won the HeadsUp match for $500, then we were invited to play a SNG with Gavin, Brad Booth, Dennis Phillips, Bryan Devonshire, Tiffany Michelle & Maria Ho. Gavin paid our entry fees for us and I ended up taking 1st and my parter placed 2nd, winning a few g's between the two of us. Daniel Negreanu, Lacey Jones, & Greg Mueller were also hanging out on our table but weren't playing as we already had a full table and Daniel was only a break from the MainEvent.
After he game we hung out with the pros and were invited to sit with them in the VIP section for the MainEvent Final Table.

ALL BECAUSE OF FULLTILT CUSTOMER SUPPORT!!!!! Now how cool is that?

WOW

I find it very hard to believe FT would return your money and addon+your rebuy. I thought they would just say, it is not our fault/problem that you were disconnected or anything in that area of context. Very glad to heard you get all your money back, congrats ;)

Wow you lucked out

Wow man, that is awesome.. I have only personally had a simalar scenario happen to me once where my connection (DSL 1.5 Mbs) was fully working and tilt kept on disconnecting and reconnecting (ie: like you are closing and opening it again) and I was in a $10 9 man SNG...

I emailed fulltilt support and explained everything to them including the tourney # and time, basicall all the details... they sent me the usual message stating they recieved my email and will be in contact soon...

Two days later... I finally recieve an email stating that FullTilt assumes no liability for what goes on and that they never have issues and its on my end... wtf?

So yeah you got a really nice representative to help you out and refund you all that money... I wish I woulda got a rep like that..

Well GL Man,
Moe:cool:

Very unusual to be hearing good things concerning full tilt lately so this is a change and a good one. Just reading the complaints I see most of the time I was hoping I never had to email them for anything. I don't know if that is to say full tilt gets alot of negative posts or if it is just that we don't post when things go right only when they go wrong and we want to complain. Thanks for posting this....
