Here's a thought I can't understand, why would a person choose to face the strongest opponents? I understand that it could be in order to learn a little, maybe, but it doesn't make any sense to me, I want to play as much as possible with bad players, eventually they get lucky, we all do, but in the long run I would be beating him, so really no I have no interest in going up, up and up, without taking advantage of the stages I'm going through, extracting as much as I can from it, as much knowledge and money as possible, of course, happy and content taking all the chips from the fish.

I used to be of the same opinion at the start but now I've gone to prefer it. Really good selection of tournaments 😊

I told that guys don´t call my All-In, but all of them, want to give me their stack, so iam ready to earn...

Without a doubt, playing against the good players is much better than playing with the bad players, since the strategies can work more effectively against the good ones, but with the bad ones you already need luck and not strategies.

OK.... here is how it works.... Live

Tourny starts.. You play like a mad man... steal / raise / 3 bet, blinds are low.. build a stack. Study your opponents.. You got them

Blinds are 1000k ante 1000 k bb 500 sb.....

player to the left raises 1/3 of his 20 k stack.... with JJ early.,.,
You push your 120 k stack in with KK.. to isolate..

Flop 6, 9, q ... turn J river.. brick

Next hand ( you flop two pair ) 2 diamonds on board...
opponent with 2 , 7 of diamonds pushes all in with 10 k left
YOU call diamond on the river..

Its skill ( luck ) variance, its not a game of justice just circumstances...

You are in better shape ( chip stack), condition , skill, make the good calls , pushes, bets but still come out on the bubble...

The way 2 make money is to play with poor players.If we are all equal poker wud be just luck

You'll find the not so good players on the lower buy ins - better players generally in the higher entry tournaments

I am sympathetic to the feeling of being frustrated when bad players go on a heater and win way more than they have any right to (specifically when it's at my expense), but someone shared something that helped change my perspective a little. If every player that played worse than me always lost to my "superior skill", then they'd eventually quit or get better, which would mean that eventually I'd be the worst player out there. When bad players win, it reinforces their bad habits, allowing you to exploit them in the future. It's the principle that casinos are built on. The house always wins in the long run, because the odds are in their favor, but the player has to win something sometime, or the casino gets no customers.

Also, I do hear a lot of people complaining about bad players when they don't know how to adjust their own game to someone else's weakness (they play against nits, calling stations and maniacs the same). Not saying that's anyone here in specific, but it's worth asking if that's a hole in your game if you find you're frequently frustrated by bad players.

Bad players make good deposits and therefore often win with a trash card and strategies and skills are not necessary for them.

In the long run, skill prevails.
