Good Stack to Blind ratio

I am consider hosting a tournament where a $20 buy in gets $4,000 worth of chips. What do you think is a good blind structure for a $4k chip stack

how about you try something along the lines of this down below, up to you how long you want to make the blinds last but starting at 25/50 means an 80bb start stack, should be a quick action packed game with a bit of play in it
