If your red line (non-sd winnings) is below zero, this means you're putting money in the pot and then folding. Think about the possibility that you're calling too often when you shouldn't, the possibility that you're missing opportunities to steal pots postflop, and the possibility that you're two or three barreling air in bad situations to try to steal pots postflop and getting blown out of the pot when you get raised. Can't say which it is without more info.
