Sounds awesome!!! ... that is until reality sets in "Wake up! You're gong to be late for school!" But seriously though... study study study & then STUDY some more!! Let us know when you're able to beat 10nl online & then keep us posted once you get to 50nl. Most won't even be able to beat 10nl (that's $0.05/$0.10 blinds cashgame) nevermind moving up beyond that. Or maybe it's tourneys will be your forte? One doesn't need to learn to beat cashgames in order to do well in tourneys (although it sure can help). Just move up through the ranks, taking shots in bigger tourneys... hit it big & you're on your way!!!!! It's possible. But unless you're actually better than a good percentage of all of the other people out there with this same dream (including the ones already doing it) and are willing to put in more time & effort than they are, chances are pretty slim that you'll be able to maintain a bankroll even if you do make that big flukey score coming out of the gate. "Plan B" (highly unlikely) Listen to Mom (& the rest of your family who knows you), stick with school. Get a job or something that provides an income (even better obviously if its something you have a passion for)... THEN play the pokerzz in your spare time. When you think you're ready, consider working less hours or taking on part-time work that will coincide with a poker playing schedule. See how you are doing with the pokerzzz & whether or not you'll even want to continue trying to become a regular on the EPT circuit, crusing around in private jets... laying down bets with Dan Blizerian on how many women you'll be banging at the next big poker venue.... etc. etc. etc. "Plan C" (most likely) Get in the CC freeroll club. Win a few bucks. Gradually get better at the game until you finally get good enough to realize that you're actually not good at all. THen when you're really accomplished you'll discover that you pretty much suck but are able to beat those who suck even more than you do. Then attempt to build this into a bigger bankroll playing in micro buyins online. After taking a few badbeats for a couple months, join the biggest thread on CC & be sure that you are right & the sites really are rigged and it has nothing to do with your own level of skillzz. Good luck!
