Hand Histories

Has anyone ever boosted their database with hand histories from Poker Table Ratings? Was just wonderig if it was worth it?

I have. I think I got 300,000 hands and imported them into PokerTracker. Seems like a good deal, but I could only get hands for 25nl and above.

I was a bit worried about it screwing up my stats. Clearly 100% accuracy on my opponenets is necessary as they will be close enough but comparing my actual stats to my PTR there is a bit of difference - so will it import hand histories for yourself and change your current stats it PT3?

I don't think its worth it.

Age of the DB has a lot to do with the accuracy also. If it is more than 6-10 weeks old the people may not be playing the same now.

Also it is against a lot of sites T&C to use hands in your DB that you did not play in.
