A few site's I am registered with I have built up to around $200 in my bankroll and I tried to play in bigger games but always lose, then have to drop down and build my bankroll again, one of the problems is my own mindset. I will often win in smaller buy-ins because I will take more risk's bluffing and calling all-ins from other player's because I am only risking a few cents.
But when I try and move up I then start to worry about how much I will lose and although the game is still the same, I am not thinking the same way as I do when playing smaller stakes.
I once bought into a 10c game and on the very first hand I was dealt Pocket 10s in the BB the decision moved around the table with players calling or folding, until it got to the Hijack position and he pushed all-in.
What an idiot, first hand and he is all in, so I thought to hell with this I wanted to play Poker not coin toss and I called thinking he may have a bigger pair and  if I lost at least I was getting away from this clown! 
Got the shock of my life when his cards turned over 7/2 off and the flop bricked out for both of us.
