I cant explain it but for the past 2 days my bankroll has been going down the drain after 2 months of consistent winning.. I have bad beats one after another.. one of those " its impossible he has me beat... call.. OMG i`m beat.." kind of ones.. i think its killing my confidence and i`m doing worse and worse from one hour to another... should i just relax and stop for few days? seems like i miss every flop and turn , and every time i hit somebody hits even better... no words to describe.. even my friends who watch me and my progress cant believe in the amounts of beats.. i swear i`m going to explode.. lol

Take a break if you want to, but it sounds too me like your biggest problem is bad luck. In Negranue's book, he mentions that this can always become a problem. But according to kid poker you are in luck because your luck will change. Play the percentages, and it will all even out in the end.

Yeah sometimes it seems like the poker gods just doesn't want you to win. Just take a short break and try not to think about the previous beats you took when u start playing again.

Drop down in limits and play in some fun stuff you can just laugh off. Can always take a couple days off but bad runs happen to everybody.

forget about you having bad luck, only makes you play worse, ok so you are running bad, either drop a limit or two, or take a short break to forget about it, and come back winning!

best to drop down limits or just to play some cheep tournaments. Might take awhile for your luck to change.

I personally take a day or 2 off and go over somethings that help get me back in the groove. doesnt always work cause like eveyones said before, you can just be running bad. Wont always be like that, but at a lower limit you can atleast limit your losses.

Keep it up thou, youll be winning again before you know it!!! GL

Thanks guys! I actually decided to play few 10 cents tournaments which i just posted about a day ago how bad of a players are there. Ended up getting 3rd out of 360 players. But i decided to play some more cash games and got my beats back again .. lol I think i`m taking a brake for few days.. I`m waiting for the GUS HANSEN book to come in mail, so i think i`ll take a brake for few days.. read it and then come back...
