For me playing was all about keeping a balance. Staying healthy, eating well, recovering, exercise, mental well being. If you are out of sync it will catch up with you.debriz said:Let's say your a regular grinder, how much time you able to spend in poker to stay healthy winning or losing..

Just from a health point of view you have to understand a huge difference between playing live and online. Chips in the casino are physically dirty, and full of germs and things that will make you sick. When playing live, don't rub your eyes, dig in your ear or touch your nose. Chances are you will get flu or a cold.
Last thing before leaving the casino .... WASH your hands and scrub like a doctor going into surgery.
Don't touch the escalator rails (also filthy) afterwards. If you can, touch nothing, not even a door handle.
Don't bring the germs into your car or house, and stay much healthier.
