Help! I need somebody! (FT broken)

HELP !

NOT JUST ANYBODYYYYYYY!


so i was grinding some full ring trying to clear my fresh 2 death new bonus on full tilt, when all my buttons disappeared. it said i was disconnected, and then the client froze completely. so i closed it (had QQ with $ invested in a pot too ), and tried to reopen it.

no dice, windows immediately says the program needs to be closed.

tried again a few times, wouldn't work.

restarted computer, tried again. was able to open FT, but all the buttons didn't have text on them, and whenver i opened a new table, the entire thing crashed.

reinstalled full tilt, same problems.

e-mail support about 2 hrs ago, other then that, i'm unable to play on FT (and clear my sexy bonus)

has anyone had issues like this? any help on finding a solution beyond waiting 2-3 weeks for support to respond?

FT was extremely slow for me after I received the update with the new lobby. Since I don't have anything on there currently, I haven't bothered with it any more. But basically there software has been shit for the past 3 weeks.

After the update a few weeks ago, Fulltilt was a real dog. But an email to support that was forwarded to the technical department and they emailed me back the directions on how to fix. It is now great, the new software is so much easier to manage.

well support obv hasn't replied yet, but i found an old install file on my computer, so i used it to install and then downloaded the update and now it works fine

This shouldn't have anything at all to do with it, but I was having some problems accessing some stuff on another site. I went through the same stuff you did, deleted, reinstalled, same problem.

I did all of this (so not sure which thing helped) and then was able to access everything:
1. Disc clean-up (deleted pkr site 1st, then all temp internet files, cookies, etc
2. Disc defrag
3. Used a new browser to access site and download on my puter's desktop (I used Google Chrome)

Works now.
