Because I'm in it to make money. Maybe when I own a house and have millions to spare then I'd take it just for a challenge. But right now, aside from the fun aspect, poker's about money.
And even just from the fun aspect, it's more fun to destroy someone who has no idea what they're doing, completely dominate them, and take all their money than to play a very good opponent, probably much better than me HU (I don't even play that much HU), and in all likelihood end up losing my entire buy-in. It's much more fun when opponents let you get in their head and they start pushing all-in to your flopped full house without even a pair (I posted it here, too lazy to find now
