Higher Rake Vs Weaker Opponents or Less Rake Vs Strong Opponents?

1 - table the $5 in rake for every 30 minute session in the game 10$-20$ limit hold'em with a Pro
2 - table of 10$ rake per hand against weak opponents

I pay more rake, but lose in the end less.

Well I don't play limit holdem so I would choose table 2. But if I were a winning player at $10-$20 limit holdem than table 1 is the better table. The majority of the players playing at table 2 would be losing players so this would give me the best chance at beating the game. So many nl holdem players underestimate the differences between nl and limit, and overestimate their ability in the limit game.
