Hold'Em Manager Help

I'm trying the trial version of Hold'Em Manager and the HUD launches when I'm playing at a table but no stats show up, I guess the program isn't reading anything. How to I get the stats to show up? Thanks.

Thx, I thought i will never use a manager but lately i had second thoughts and now i searched for a post that explained how it works.
I have some huge leakes in my post flop game as i found out lately and i need leak buster to improve my game .

Does holdem manager work for anybody in Pacific network?

It stopped working for me a few weeks ago after a holdem manager update.
