I discussed the format further with Owen and with WVH and here's what to look for in the intro posts of the thread. Originally I was going to do pretty detailed outlines of the chapters. Owen feels this isn't really necessary so what you will see is a more general introduction to what the thread is about and then a brief summary of what will be covered and what pages of the book it can be found on. We will be doing two chapters per week plus the first 34 pages intro. I will try to PM you guys to remind you so we get a strong turnout at the start.
