It only takes a fraction of a second and some careless card handling and another hand is ruined. The best way is to make sure that each person can deal and shuffle without spraying the cards everywhere. Im lucky I know a lot of professional dealer and we play home games, with a little practice anyone can shuffle like a pro and keep the game secure.
