I think the general career path for dealing involves going to "dealer school", then breaking it in at a smaller, less-known casino for a couple years, then moving onto the "big time" casinos. I don't thnik you will be able to get a part time job at the three casinos you mentioned with absolutely no experience, or even just going through dealer school.
