Why on earth would someone spend $400,000 on law school today? Who wants to be a lawyer in 2014?

FOR THE LOVE OF GOD DO THIS
Use your law degree to work on getting online poker legal in the United States again. That would be awesome.

As far as playing for chump change I'm with ya bro. I wasn't a huge baller or anything, but did just fine for myself. Now other than the occasional live game at a dog track 2-3 times a year (maybe if I'm lucky) I either don't play at all, or recently started playing $10nl on Merge.

I'm really hesitant to put any serious amounts of money into sites allowing US players. Myself and some friends got hit pretty hard on black friday.

For me anyway, it was never really about the money though. I just always want to win at everything I do, and I can't emphasize that enough. I don't care if I'm playing $25/$50 or $0.05/$0.10, or if it's darts, beer pong, spelling contest, I want to beat you. I want to win, and with poker I want to take the most I can from you, and every single other person at my table.

Make it about the win, excelling, playing to the best of your abilities in the given situation. And never accept losing, seriously that's my advice for you. Forget the dollar signs, and make it about something bigger.

100's of thousands at a time?
Is this Gus Hansen?

Come to think of it last I heard Gus Hansen had claimed he was defrauded by fellow online poker players. Maybe he went to law school so he could sue them? lol
