How should I go buy determining a limit. The usual buy in locally ( house games ) is 50, and we usally play no limit. I just dont get the theory to how the players bet with such a low buy in. It's like the game would start off with players betting 10. which if they go to the river, there is a good chance of players being all in on first hand. I know some players go all in on the first hand but around here the way players bet does not make sense with the buy in. Is 50 buy in to low to play no limit? Should I attempt to make a different type of play ( pot limit)? Also If 50 is low enough to play no limit , what can I do to make the game more realistic. Seeking help to get the game right!
