My opinion

I think you can not change luck. It not depends on you. Basically you can only practice.

If someone knew that question, I don't think they will give the answer.
I think that in poker, luck is in the all in, then when the flop, turn or river comes out, it is more strategic, speculative or taking risky decisions can change the decision of your opponent;)

Thats impossible I think, if you have 60% of chance to win the pot, you will win 60% of this situation if have alot of times happened.

Luck in poker doesn't exist as such. Only distance and correct play will give a positive result. More play and fewer mistakes are the key to good luck.
