And going all the way with A/A or K/K was a very bad idea, most of the  time if I don't force them to fold, they'd come up with straights, even  if you hit 3 of a kind.

I am reading another ebook right now called "Treat your poker like a  business", it's a very good ebook, i am really impressed. Thanks to  everyone for wonderful advices.. I think I am finally understanding the  rhythm. May be after a week or so, I will share my progress ... thanks.
