I crush our once a week bar tournament ,   then there are two weekday night games I can play but one almost isn't worth the time , other than I get my fix ,   the other is awful poker  , more like gambiling ,   but if u catch cards its easy trap the donkeys

anyway from Wednesday to sunday I have no action and ive lost lots of money on Friday nights playing at the casino , where I don't belong ,

if I lose I get furious   its an awful feeling   I get sooooooo mad    and really that is where the problem is ,  my anger ,   because I emjoy poker , if I cAN  PLAY HANDS and stick around fro a bit , losing $20-60 is fine by me    its when I lose more than that or if I get awful bad beat real early tht pisses me off

I know I cant be the only one with this problem
