I have a limited Bankoll as it is and I know if I lose all of it, it will be a long time again before I can deposit again. And I have gotten used to playing more than just freerolls these days. I keep trying to remind myself of what was said here awhile back on the %s of BR for a cash game or a tourney. I don't log off the poker site I am on but I read the forum at the same time. It just helps me keep my head on. I also usually will read while I am playing in a tournament to keep me patient. It just seems that it helps me play a little slower and not act impulsive on a hand. Now I try not to throw myself into what I am reading and not pay attention to what is going on at the table I am at. Sometimes if I do get too involved it can mess me up. I also just keep telling myself that the cards will turn in my favor sooner or later and patiences is a virtue! I'm not sure if that's what you wanted but I hope this helps some. [/QUOTE]
