U can just look up in google then pick the size of the image then put in your profile in the User CP section on top

1. Click User CP towards upper left of page below where it says How do you do the picture?
2. Click Edit Avatar on the left column.
3. Insert URL or browse for file on your computer and insert it.
4. Click Save Changes
