I think this might apply to you, because it seems like the poker (possibly alongside some other life choices) is really harming your self-worth.  All life is valuable, your life is a gift, please don't give up on it.  But maybe give up on poker, at least for a while - or switch to micro stakes/freerolls and just play for fun.  It sounds like you actually gave becoming a pro player a real shot, which is more than most of us can say, so just remind yourself of that, you actually went for it, nobody can take that away from you.  But it also sounds like, ultimately, you didn't have what it takes (just like most of us) and there's no shame in admitting that.  When I'm getting INCREDIBLY stressed out by my kids (which happens on an almost daily basis!), my wife reminds me to "find the joy" in life.  Your choices aren't bringing you joy at the moment, so try to make a couple of different choices, and I really hope they will work out for you.  All the best.
