Then when the flop came up, we turn one card, deal the turn and river cards and then flip over the last card to see who's won. Quite unusual how my family plays texas hold'em, but I also question if this is why I have some problems in my game also as a result, for example, when it comes to 2 pair, we used to ignore any pair that was on the table. Also no pre flop betting also could be a big hindrance to my game since it's a position I haven't practiced before and just learned from playing online poker more or less.
