I have had some recent runs like this. If you are getting it in with hands like aces then you just have to chalk it up to the total random fluctuations of poker. Poker is a totally fickle mistress.  If you looked at every single hand you have ever played on a spread sheet and could see how many times you have lost and won with each hand you have ever played you would definitely see that your good hands have won more than they have lost. You would also see that you too have had your share of wins with starting hands that statistically should have lost. It really all does go in circles.

One thing to consider is that a preflop flop shove with aces is nothing more than top pair at the time of the shove. Yes this hand is no doubt the best you can have preflop but as you have personally seen that can change drastically on each street to come. A winner can quickly become a loser.

What can you do to get over it? Step back and take a break from playing. Just walk away from the game for a bit. Let your head and all the bad beats clear out. Maybe read some strategy book and then come back with a new perspective.
