Although anger is not exactly the right reaction. It's better not to get angry but to analyse your game, your bankroll management and the situation in general.

i am angered every day by new bad beats , so i dont remember the old ones long ! i guess that's the nature of the game .

I always go through options 1 and 2 where the first one I feel when I make the best choices and lose to variance and the second one when I play the wrong way. The third option in my case does not exist.
