How many BB/100 hand is the highest you have seen

How many BB/100 hand is the highest you have seen. I am thinking about minimum 1000 hands ore more.

On the stakes NL 10 and up to NL 200 ?

I have a theory, that if you play optimal poker, your maximum long term win rate would be between 15 and 20BB/100 hand at lower stakes.

First, 1000 hands is really small, however making 15-20BB/100 is VERY unrealistic over the long haul. Last rule of thumb I always used was 1.5-2BB/100 hands (or /hour for live play). I don't think there is any way to maintain 15BB over a period of hands that most would call a large enough base (minimum 100,000 hands or closer to 500,000 hands would be better).

4 x ptBB (8 x bb/100) and you are pretty much crushing the level.
