So I set myself the target of playing 250K hands in one month. It seems crazy now but I worked on the assumption of 60 hands per hour 24-tabling. This equals 1440 hands per hour. Which means that monthly I'd have to put in around 174 hours. This meant roughly 6 hours a day. Fortunately I work for myself and can shift my schedule around when I need to. I didn't manage to do this I don't think but I set myself a target of 4 hours a day in 2, 2hour sessions. This, if my maths is right, came to around about 172800 hands. This was over various sites as the game I play isn't particularly that popular. Anyway... to the point of this thread... 6 years and millions and millions of hands later... I noticed that one 20th of all the hands I've played at this game have been against one player (this isn't really that surprising as most of the regs multitable and if he was 24 tabling when I was... then the chances are we were at at least 20 of the same table.). Unfortunately, HEM2 went down on New Years day and I lost a lot of the histories... so I can't be more precise... but I estimate possibly 900K hands against this one guy...
