If I'm going to play long MTTs, then I play 3  that starts about the same time on BCP,Full Flush, and Carbon. And  anything I play, I set a limit on how much I can lose in one day. So if I  lose on all three sites, there is no more play that day, and that gives  me a rest. This is my opinion. If you want to be a winning player, by  what you have said, you will need to cut down your hours. Ask around  about some other things that maybe going on with you playing that many  hours and get some feedback there too. GL to you.
