Not true.  I told Norm awhile back to download the PT3 trail and he did.  Then when I went to set up his HUD for him it wouldn't let me.  So the new free trials don't allow you to customize the HUD.  But again, the HUD is such a small part of the program.  The real benefit is analyzing your own stats and hands long after they have been played to find and plug leaks.

True and not true.  If you have position on your opponent he has to turn over his cards and show.  You on the other hand do not have to show your cards if you are beat.  You can muck your cards.

However, if in a live game someone mucks, you can make them show, they technically have to.  Doing this is highly frowned upon and can be taken as you're insinuating they are cheating.  Online all the mucked hands are shown in the view last hand feature and in the HH.
