Depending on where you're from, you might have to pay taxes on your winnings as well. I live in the US, so I self-reported my earnings and paid the government a chunk of my winnings every year. Right now, your $700/month comes on top of your job. Your monthly income is going to be a lot less once you have to subtract things like rent/mortgage, utilities, food, etc. from it.

Even if you don't, $700/month translates to $8400 annually, and where I'm from, that's not gonna get me very far. Obviously, it all depends on your location and life stage, but it seems to me you're a bit far away from doing this comfortably. If you're still curious, just take a week off work and experiment to see if it works for you.
