How much online poker is too much online poker?

8-9 hours a day, after which i have to go out and have a cup of coffee to unload my head, all i see on the way to the coffee house is green ellipse and i always i swear i can hear the sound you know the one, when the action comes on u at the table after which i watch some serials i have downloaded while playing poker to fall a sleep, and the same, all over again, the very next day

All my free time when I come from work
4-5 hours

I play poker mainly during rest after work.So I can play poker 2-3 hours per day.Sometimes I get very tired and did not play at all.

after work, I spend time with my family, so poker is not much time. 2-3 hours a day .in mainly after 10 AM
