How much to raise pre in micro stakes?

I've been playing $0.01/$0.02 cash games for a few months now and I've noticed that I pick up the blinds a lot of the time.
At the moment I raise 4x to open and add on an extra 2c for every limper, is this too much?

Did you mean $0.02 cash games not $2?

I also think he means $0.01 / $0.02 = NL2 and $2 =100 big blinds. And yes, you should make higher raises in the micros, 4 -5 x BB.
