Of course the dealers love you if you tip them, they have a job to be nice to you regardless but if you tip, they are bound to want you to think they like you more Don't kid yourself sonny jim that they love ya or even like ya :p (I'm not saying you don't have a nice personality either) I'm just saying and don't want this to come across as like I'm a knobhead or anything BUT....try to keep yourself level headed and look outside of the box in future where money and people are concerned when it comes to thinking your genuinely liked.

I know because I know a couple of dealers myself so know how it works but in a way (obviously completely different in terms of a dealer) they are like prostitutes in the sense of making you feel special, they earn money + extra money if they feel they can single one out to make them feel extra special, they will if it gives them that little extra.

I'm not saying all are like that by the way, but it's standard I guess, just like in a cafe/hotel and a waitress is paying you extra attention or making you feel comfortable.

Just treat them all the same and tip how much you are comfortable with tipping but don't feel the need to tip extra if you feel they are "loving you" for your personality.
