How to get myself to play more

Anyone have any suggestions on how to get myself to play more? A lot of the times I'll get a couple quick double ups and I'll end having a profitable yet short session of like 25 hands per table. Should I be taking my money off the table after getting to like 250bbs? I want to get up to about 5000-7000 hands per week but i'm no where near that right now.

profitable but short, I'm not sure what you mean. Do you double up and leave the table or are you busting out after 25 hands. Torny play tighten up cash games stay until you have played the hands you need to to reach your goal this seems obvious so I don't know if this willhelp I hope so
