She's not interested in the nuances of what makes the game beatable or how variance affects things long term. Basically, I don't talk to her much about it unless I'm showing her a substantial cashout. I try and keep poker out of our regular life. Kinda like they express in the book "Treat Poker like a Business." The two have to be separate. I can talk about cards with other card players, and as long as we're not financially destitute she's not giving me shit about playing cards anymore.
