how to save a screen shot

could someone let me know how i can save a tourny lobby after ive placed or won to post on here?

A Print shot screen is saved by clicking Ctrl+Print Screen. It will copy the image of the activated window in your clipboard ready for paste to your favorite image editor e.g. mspaint.
Then, for the log, you can copy & paste the chat in most of the Poker softwares.
