It deals with tilt and the emotional aspects of the game. Instead of telling you no to have emotions it helps you understand the origin of those emotions so that you can learn how to control them. For example you might get angry when someone cracks your Aces with an inferior hand like TJs because you have the misconception that you should always win with Aces no matter what.
