Before I decided to turn to real money online I thought it's best to play live and hear other players experience online and advice. My first cash tournament was a pub tournament and I loved it and finished third. After playing with at the pub a few times I then turned to online. I've had ups and downs like all players but I'm not the biggest fan of online poker. I prefer live tournaments and stay away from cash tables. The only thing with playing live is time when having a full time job with a shift pattern all over place. I want to play live more often as I miss playing them regular. I now have my own poker club on home games and I love managing that as it's nice to still be apart of poker, another reason I've just joined cardchat as I enjoy reading people talking about poker.
